Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: August 08, 2026
At a glance: Elcubanitostore does not sell your personal information for money. Advertising and analytics cookies from Google Ads and Google Analytics may count as "sharing" under some US state laws. You can opt out by email or with the form on this page, with no account and no ID check, and we act on your request within 15 business days.
What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and similar state laws, a "sale" is disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" is disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity across different websites.
What We Share and With Whom
The only disclosures that may count as sharing on our site come from cookies and similar technologies used by:
- Google Ads for advertising and measuring ad performance
- Google Analytics for understanding how visitors use our site
These tools may receive online identifiers, device and browser information, and activity on our site. We do not share your name, email address, mailing address or payment information for advertising.
Service Providers
We also work with service providers that handle data only to run the store for us, such as PayPal for payments, our email service provider, DigitalOcean Spaces for file storage, OpenAI for on-site product search, Telegram for staff order notifications, and USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL for delivery. Disclosures to these providers for business purposes are not a sale or sharing of your personal information.
How to Opt Out
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share", or
- Submit the form below.
You do not need an account and you do not need to verify your identity to opt out. We will only deny an opt-out request if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe it is fraudulent, and if we do, we will tell you why.
When Your Opt-Out Takes Effect
We process opt-out requests as soon as possible and no later than 15 business days after we receive them. We will also notify the third parties that received your personal information after the request date so that they stop using it for these purposes.
Authorized Agents
You may have an authorized agent submit an opt-out or other privacy request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Our site does not currently detect or respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. To opt out, please email us or use the form on this page.
After You Opt Out
Once you opt out, we will not ask you to opt back in to the sale or sharing of your personal information for at least 12 months.
Consumers Under 16
We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without prior opt-in consent. Consumers aged 13 to 15 may give their own consent, and children under 13 need a parent's or guardian's consent. Our site is not directed at children.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect sensitive personal information, so there is no need for a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" option.
Your Other Privacy Rights
You also have the right to know, access, delete and correct your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, and may extend that by another 45 days when necessary, with notice to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
